So, about my desk… There are work spaces here at The Repository that could grace the pages of Architectural Digest. (Looking at you, Marketing Department). There are some here that are so neat and organized, they could bring a tear to the eye of a drill sergeant. My work area is not one of those work areas.
I may be in the minority, but when winter hits, I get excited to get outside. Whether it’s shoveling snow as soon as it’s fallen, walking on the Hoover Trail followed by a hot chocolate or running on the Towpath Trail, being outside is where I like to be.

For the couple who loves sports, Stark County has a wealth of choices, starting with the center of it all, the Pro Football Hall of Fame, one of the country’s premiere venues dedicated to America’s most popular sport.
In the morning, meet for breakfast at First Watch in Jackson Township. If the weather is nice, follow breakfast with canoeing or kayaking along the historic Ohio Erie Way Towpath in Canal Fulton. Watercraft can be rented. Prices are based on the number of people and distance, which ranges between 3 and 11 miles.
Tour the McKinley Presidential Library & Museum. No visit would be complete without visits to Discover World, the Street of Shops, the Keller Gallery and the Hoover-Price Planetarium, which offers a 30-minute presentation. Don’t forget to traverse the iconic 108 steps leading up to the President’s tomb which includes his wife, Ida, and their young daughters, Ida and Katherine.
