This month, I’m sending you on a one-tank trip to one of Ohio’s most quaint and historic small towns. I’m fond of Marietta because it’s where I went to college, but it routinely shows up on lists of the most beautiful towns in the state and the country.
Had it not been for two friends who wouldn’t take no for an answer and a third friend who was kind enough to make an introduction, Stark County Common Pleas Court Judge Frank Forchione might never have met his wife.
East Canton Elementary School Principal Becky Carter has never strayed much from the area where she was born and raised. “I’ve always lived in Osnaburg Township,” said the daughter of Denny and Brenda Griffith and the wife of Kacy Carter. “We live a couple of blocks away from my parents.”
