Lisa Teeple is still a little astonished by her success. Teeple is the 2017 Canton Arts District All-Star winner. Her acrylic painting “Sublimation of Neptune” earned the most votes at the Canton Museum of Art event in November.
David Waligorski has what every college graduate wants: a job waiting for him. Even better, it’s a well-paying job that’s expected to be in high demand for years to come. Waligorski, of Canal Fulton, who graduated in May from the University of Akron, will be working as a corrosion engineer for BP at its refinery near Toledo.
