Why are some people just so happy all of the time while the rest of us struggle? We’ve all seen the type: The lady in her workout clothes, holding a bottle of water and talking about how great her yoga session was and how she meditates daily.
Lately, I’ve been listening to podcasts on my drive to work. It relaxes my mind, and it’s much better than hearing the same popular songs playing over and over. I also like to listen to them at home when I’m doing dishes or cleaning my apartment. Here are some that have caught my attention lately.
