Lucia’s Steakhouse in Jackson Township offers an upscale dining experience and a menu with many enticing choices. The restaurant has a long history in Stark County: The original Lucia’s opened in the 1940s on Mahoning Road as a sandwich-and-soup lunch stop for factory workers.
Stark County is blessed with steakhouses, many of which are good. Very good. But they are only going to get honorable mentions here. I have to tell you, the best steak in town is at Lucia’s Steakhouse in Jackson Township.
LI ASIAN CUISINE: SUPER SUSHI If you’re all about sushi and tend to go gaga over spicy salmon, we have just the dish for you. It’s The Caterpillar from the sushi chefs at Li Asian Cuisine. It gets its name from 16 pieces of sushi arranged down a long thin platter to resemble a caterpillar. Impressive, both visually and gastronomically.
