When choosing the Most Influential People, I started thinking of all of the people who have influenced me personally. Some people have left such a big impact on my life. Of course, my family and friends have influenced me, but throughout my years of school and sports, several teachers, professors and coaches also have left an impact on me.

Who are the influential people in our lives? They can be from within our circle of family and friends, but they also can be people we’ll never meet — speakers, sports stars, political leaders, social advocates or authors. Books featuring them may prove influential in the lives of their readers.
One thing I learned early in my life is the importance of having strong mentors and learning from others. I have been very fortunate to have worked with, and been mentored by, some wonderful people that have helped me in my career and life.
