The creme brulee cheesecake at 91 Wood Fired Oven combines two amazing desserts into one gourmet treat. It takes 91’s creamy, “colossal size” cheesecake and pairs it with the restaurant’s creme brulee, which is flavored with Madagascar vanilla bean.
Under the guidance of Max Barton, executive director of the Canton Museum of Art since September 2014, the museum has steadily increased its public profile through programming designed to attract new visitors from all corners of the community and beyond.
With a great amount of jubilation, Pathway’s Whobilation Christmas in July Celebration was held at 91 Wood Fired Oven in Jackson Township. It featured celebrity bartenders City of Canton Mayor Thomas M. Bernabei, City of Massillon Mayor Kathy Catazaro-Perry, President of Massillon WestStark Chamber of Commerce Ted Herncane, Dave Waikem of the Waikem Auto Family and President of ArtsinStark Robb Hankins. A percentage of all food, gift card and drink purchases benefited Pathway during this event.
Her dad wanted her to go to college to learn about computers. But as a high schooler in Buffalo, New York, in the 1970s, Pat Krider wasn’t interested in computers. To her, the only people who studied computers were geeky guys with pocket protectors and horn-rimmed glasses.
Recently, I’ve added it to sandwiches and mixed it into different dishes but still wasn’t up for a lone piece of bacon. That was until I tried bacon candy from 91 Wood Fired Oven. On a whim, I ordered it, purely because of the word candy. I thought, “This might be my one chance to like bacon.”
At the beginning of the year, I made a resolution to make some lifestyle changes. One of them was to eat healthier. I’m talking about cleaning up my diet in general. No more eating four cookies for a snack and thinking that’s OK. No more waiting to eat dinner till 9 p.m. and settling for leftover pizza and Doritos. No more treating my body like a garbage disposal.
This is the second year of the annual Cupcakes and Cocktails event organized by Abby Salvino, owner of Salvino Dolci Bakery. This event was created as a fun way to celebrate and raise money for the Stark County Hunger Task Force.
