At Sugar Mamas Sweet Shop in downtown Massillon, the bakery case features six varieties of cupcakes daily ($2 each), and the flavors are anything but ordinary.
Here are the Banana Cream Pie, Rainbow Sherbet and Lemon Cream cupcakes. “I have 300 different flavors of cakes, so we do everything, from root beer float to cookie dough,” says owner-baker Jamie Anania, who opened Sugar Mamas in October 2014. Sugar Mamas’ top-selling cupcake, Peanut Butter Buckeye, was named best dessert in About’s 2016 Feast Awards.
