Made by Gervasi’s head pastry chef, Nancy Davis, the dessert is made of squares of chocolate cake layered with peanut-butter mousse, then topped with caramel sauce. “It’s very rich,” Risner said. “The mousse is amazing. It’s so smooth, and it has a hint of vanilla. And you can’t go wrong with that combo of chocolate and peanut butter.”
