Q: What motivates or inspires you to better the community?
A: One of our core values at Vasco is to be actively involved and charitable in our community. Even if it’s in a small way, I want to support the organizations in our community that make an enormous impact in peoples lives every day.
Q: What is the best career advice you ever have been given?
A: To fail forward. It’s inevitable, you are going to make mistakes. Learn from them, grow from them, but don’t be afraid to take risks.
Q: What advice would you give the younger generation when it comes to advancing in their careers or strengthening Stark County?
A: Work hard, treat people well, trust your gut, and give back.
Q: What are your goals/plans/aspirations for the future?
A: To be a leader worth following at home and in business. To accumulate experiences and not things.
Q: What is your favorite thing about Stark County?
A: It’s a great place to raise a family. The people, the schools, the parks and the many other resources make Stark County a great place to raise a family.
