I’m not a stranger to hitting a golf ball from amongst the trees. This time I found my position to be pretty good — since I had a camera in hand instead of a wedge. While covering a golf tournament at the Elms Country Club in Tuscarawas Township, I found what appears to be a polyporus squamosus, also known as the Dryad’s Saddle, on the side of this tree. The bottom part was over a foot wide.
