One hears plenty about the lively restaurant scene in downtown Canton, but the busiest dining room downtown is a different kind of operation. The meal ministry at nonprofit organization Refuge of Hope serves hot meals seven times a week to the community, free of charge.

A 12-inch crust of naan dough is generously topped with artichoke pesto, red onions, roasted tomatoes, kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese and fresh basil, with a wedge of lemon for added zest.
