Healthier Halloween treats Kelsey Reinhart September 21, 2016 Lost in a Muse | The Blog of Kelsey Reinhart 1997 Whether you have kids or you’re an adult who loves to celebrate Halloween, the sweets and treats can be hard on your teeth (and stomachs). This year, try some healthier snacks to satisfy your cravings.1. Instead of caramel apples, try apples with peanut butter. The peanut butter won’t be nearly as messy, and it will be easier on your teeth.2. A fun treat for the kids is ghost berries. Dip strawberries in white chocolate. Add three chocolate chips for eyes and a mouth. Make sure to drizzle the white chocolate on the tray to create the ghost effect.3. If you love candy corn, then this candy corn parfait is for you. In a clear glass, layer pineapple bits, orange slices and whipped cream. Top it with a couple pieces of candy corn, and you’re set.
