Wow, did this take me back. Ashley Diegmiller, pictured here, told me last year was her first time as a runway model in the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival Fashion Show in front of 3,500 attendees at Canton Memorial Civic Center. That gave me the idea to go back in The Repository's archives to refresh my memory of my first Hall of Fame year. A quote from the Saturday, July 29, 1972 Canton Repository reads “500 jammed the luncheon and fashion show at the Trinity United Church of Christ.”
